Have you been bit by a zombie?

Do you ever hop into bed and think, “Where did the day go?” If you answered yes, you my friend are in auto-pilot zombie mode!

Most of your actions result from automatic thought habits (scary but true), meaning your life is actually quite predictable.  With the same soundtrack running in the background, you’re getting the same vibe night after night.

Did you know that each day, the average person has 50,000 – 70,000 thoughts per day? And that 80% of those are negative?

Dreams and goals are there to change that. Most of the time, when we first set a goal, we are full of optimism for future awesomeness, happiness and abundance. You are sure things will turn around. But before you know it, your mojo fizzles out because your dreams require change. Change is uncomfortable. Different. Weird. Before you know it, you’re back in your comfortable rut, dreams shelved until “the time is right.”

Today, decide to simply BE AWARE of the immense creative power of your thoughts and emotions. That’s all!

BE AWARE that your thoughts are things. Feelings are things. What you sow is what you reap. What you ask for is given. Yesterday’s thoughts and emotions create today’s experience.

YOUR FLOW MISSION

This week, for 5 minutes in the evening, reflect on how your thoughts and feelings created your current circumstances.  What are the daily thoughts running on autopilot in the background and how might those be contributing to your current reality?
